NO SIDE DEALS OR SOLICITATION

The client, former/current/or terminated, agrees to not engage in side deals with any former, current, or terminated contract sitter and the client agrees to only book a current contract sitter through MBB and not engage in any side deals – if MBB becomes aware of any side deals or bookings not through the company, MBB will charge the client a fine of up to $2000 for contract sitter who the client has engaged in a side deal, and/or cease our agreement to provide the client with services.

In the event that a contract sitter’s contract with MBB is terminated for any reason, the client agrees to not contact the contract sitter for any reason without express written permission from MBB. The company asks that the client respect this clause, due to the fact that a contract sitter has most likely been terminated for good reason. Each contract sitter for MBB has signed an agreement to not solicit work from any client of MBB indefinitely. If the former/terminated contract sitter solicits the client, the client agrees to inform MBB within 24 hours. If the company becomes aware that the client has violated this agreement by contacting or soliciting a former/terminated contract sitter for MBB, or by accepting solicited services from a former/terminated contract sitter MBB reserves the right to deny services to the client indefinitely and/or charge the fee.

CONTRACTORS & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

All babysitters on our team are contractors and My Boulder Babysitter, LLC and it's owners and contractors are not responsible for any discrepancies, accidents, or negligence. It is your responsibility to do your own due dilgence and use your best judgement prior to leaving your children, pets, belongings, and home in the hands of any person or babysitter. Gross negligence is the sole liability of the contractor involved. All discrepancies, accidents, or negligence must be reported to the proper authorities immediately and to My Boulder Babysitter within 12 hours of the end of booking. All registered clients must sign our full Terms-of-Use and Release of Liability forms prior to booking and update when asked.

WE SERVE BOULDER COUNTY RESIDENTS, OUT OF TOWN VISITORS, AND ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS OF BROOMFIELD COUNTY

All babysitting locations must be a single family home or unit, vacation rental, airbnb, or hotel suite. All locations must have a separate room for the children to nap/bedtime.

BABYSITTING LOCATIONS

All babysitting must take place in a single family home, unit, airbnb, or hotel suite. Location must be safe, clean, and healthy for babysitters and children. We reserve the right to refuse care to anyone with or without explanation or refund of registration / babysitting fees.

CLIENT ELIGIBILITY

All clients must be parents or guardians of children, and offer a clean, safe, and healthy location for our babysitters to provide care. Residents of Boulder County, Broomfield County, or Out of Town guests staying in an eligible vacation rental or hotel suite. Clients (adults and children) must be respectful and non violent (physically or verbally). We reserve the right to deny service to any client requiring care that we are not experienced to provide. Any behavioral issues not discussed ahead of time that effect our ability to provide safe care or be in a safe environment are just cause for termination of contract.

REFERRAL FEES

Some of our contractors may be eligible to care for other aspects of your life including your pets, home, or other services you need including personal chef & shopping, catering, tutoring, private nursing, midwifery, etc. If you would like to utilize these services you may make a request and submit a $20-50/day referral fee. Our contractors have signed a contract to not engage in any side deals, solicitation, or non-babysitting work.
